CargoWise says the debtor’s tax regime (Régimen fiscal) is 612. It must be a regime that the SAT has for the debtor’s RFC and person type. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

What it means

In CFDI 4.0, the tax regime of the receiver must be a regime that the SAT has for its RFC. The regime must also agree with the type of person: an individual or a company. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

How to correct it

Compare the tax regime of the debtor in CargoWise with the tax certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) of the debtor.
