  • What to do: If the CFDI is not correct, cancel it again.

Previous version still valid The replacement was issued but the previous version could not be cancelled, so both are valid CFDIs.
The replacement has a valid CFDI, but the cancellation of the previous version did not occur. Thus, two CFDIs are valid.
  • What to do: Cancel the previous version again with motive 01 and the replacement. The timeline shows why the first request did not complete.

Replacement not stamped The replacement could not be stamped, so the original stays valid. Fix it in CargoWise or stamp the replacement by hand.
Transitive did not stamp the replacement. The original CFDI stays valid.
  • What to do: Stamp the replacement again with Auto or By hand. If the data in CargoWise is incorrect, correct it first. If the result of the stamp is unknown, wait until Transitive knows the result.
