CargoWise says the total of INV-1042 is 1000.00 MXN. Its stamped CFDI says 990.00 MXN. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

What it means

The payment complement refers to the CFDI of the invoice. The total that CargoWise shows for the invoice is different from the total of the stamped CFDI.
