CargoWise says the exchange rate is 17.5. At that rate, 1000.00 USD does not equal the local total of 17000.00 MXN. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

What it means

A CFDI in a foreign currency must have its exchange rate. The rate that CargoWise gives does not change the foreign total into the local total. The rate or one of the totals is incorrect.
