Code recipient_tax_id_rejected. The status is Failed.
CargoWise says the debtor’s RFC is AAA010101AAA, but the SAT does not list it as a registered taxpayer. It must be the RFC on the debtor’s Constancia de Situación Fiscal. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

What it means

In CFDI 4.0, the RFC of the receiver must have the correct format. It must also be in the list of registered taxpayers of the SAT. The stamping provider examines the RFC before it stamps. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

Cases

The SAT does not list the RFC

The RFC that CargoWise sent has the correct format, but it is not in the list of registered taxpayers.

The RFC format is not correct

CargoWise says the debtor’s RFC is AAA0101, but that is not a valid RFC (12 characters for a company, 13 for a person). It must be the RFC on the debtor’s Constancia de Situación Fiscal. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.
The RFC of a company has 12 characters. The RFC of a person has 13 characters.

How to correct it

Compare the RFC of the debtor in CargoWise with the tax certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) of the debtor.
