Receipt reversals

A receipt reversal undoes a payment receipt in CargoWise. A reversal does not get a CFDI. Transitive applies the reversal to the receipt.

When the receipt has a payment complement, Transitive cancels it with motive 03. During the cancellation, the receipt shows Waiting for response.

The receipt shows Cancellation didn’t go through. The reversal shows The related document was not cancelled.

Read the receipt timeline

Open the receipt and select Timeline. Find the cause of the result.

Cancel the receipt again

If the receipt must not have a payment complement, cancel it with motive 03.

If the receipt has a cancellation open or a stamp in progress, the reversal waits. Transitive sends the request again when the receipt is available.
