A failure code tells you why Transitive did not complete a step. The app shows the code next to the failure. Each code has a page that tells you what it means and how to correct it.
  • A failure that stops the stamp changes the status to Failed.
  • A failure of a cancellation changes the status to Cancellation didn’t go through. The CFDI stays valid.
  • A failure of a CargoWise delivery shows on the timeline. The status does not change.
When the stamping provider rejects a document, the timeline also shows the code and the message of the provider. Use them to find the incorrect value. The codes are in groups. Each group is about the same data or the same step.
