What it means

The stamping provider examines each cancellation request before it sends it to the SAT. The provider refused this request. The CFDI stays valid. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

How to correct it

Correct the cause that the provider gives. For example, select a different motive or a different replacement. Then cancel the CFDI again.
