Transitive connects CargoWise to the SAT. CargoWise sends documents to Transitive. Transitive stamps the CFDIs through a stamping provider (PAC). Then Transitive sends the files back to CargoWise.

The path of a document

1

CargoWise sends the document

CargoWise sends income invoices, payment receipts, credit notes and receipt reversals to Transitive. CargoWise can send a document again with new data.
2

Transitive examines the data

Transitive examines the data and the related documents. It decides if the document must get a CFDI. If a related document has no CFDI, the document waits.
3

Transitive stamps the CFDI

Transitive sends the document to the stamping provider. The provider stamps the CFDI, and the SAT records it. Each CFDI uses a stamp credit.
4

Transitive sends the files to CargoWise

Transitive keeps the XML and the PDF. In the live environment, Transitive sends the files back to CargoWise.

What you see

  • Each document has a status. The status tells you the condition of the document and what to do.
  • Each document has a timeline. The timeline shows each step and each result.
  • If a step fails, a failure code tells you the cause and the action to do.

When you act

Usually, Transitive completes each step automatically. You act only when the status tells you to act. For example:
  • Correct the data in CargoWise and send the document again.
  • Stamp a document by hand.
  • Cancel or replace a CFDI.
  • Buy stamp credits or complete the company settings.
