The timeline is the full history of a document in one environment. Open a document and select Timeline.

How the timeline is organized

  • Each version is one group. The newest version is at the top.
  • In each group, the oldest entry is first.
  • Each entry shows the time, the person or system that acted, and the step.
  • Entries of an attempt show the attempt number.

What the timeline shows

The timeline shows each step of the document. Some information shows only on the timeline:

Who acted

Each entry shows who acted, for example:
  • You or a different user
  • CargoWise
  • The stamping provider or the SAT
  • Transitive
  • A related document, for example a credit note that asked to cancel its invoice

Late messages

In some conditions, a message from the provider comes after the result is final. For example, the provider sends a message after the SAT cancelled the CFDI. The timeline shows the message, but the result does not change.
