# Could not reach CargoWise

> Transitive cannot connect to CargoWise to deliver a file.

Code `sendback_transport_failed`. It shows on the timeline. The status does not change.

> Transitive could not deliver the file to CargoWise and will try again. Transitive support knows about this problem and will correct it.

## What it means

After a stamp or a cancellation, Transitive sends the files to CargoWise. Transitive did not connect to CargoWise. Transitive tries the delivery again. The timeline shows each attempt.
