# Stamped statuses

> The status codes in the Stamped group.

The version that the status shows has a valid CFDI.

## Summary

| Code | Label |
| - | - |
| [issued](#issued) | Stamped |
| [issued\_external](#issued_external) | Stamped in CargoWise |
| [cancellation\_not\_completed](#cancellation_not_completed) | Cancellation didn't go through |
| [previous\_version\_still\_valid](#previous_version_still_valid) | Previous version still valid |
| [substitute\_failed](#substitute_failed) | Replacement not stamped |
| [duplicate\_cfdi](#duplicate_cfdi) | Two valid CFDIs |

## `issued`

> **Stamped**
>
> This document is a valid CFDI.

The document has a valid CFDI that Transitive stamped.

* **What to do:** No action is necessary. In the live environment, the timeline shows the delivery of the files to CargoWise. Transitive does not send the files of test documents to CargoWise.
* **Guide:** [CargoWise delivery](/guides/cargowise-delivery).

## `issued_external`

> **Stamped in CargoWise**
>
> This document was stamped outside Transitive and is a valid CFDI.

The document has a valid CFDI from a different system, for example CargoWise. Transitive records the CFDI.

* **What to do:** No action is necessary. Transitive cannot cancel this CFDI. To cancel it, use the system that stamped it.
* **Guide:** [Cancel a CFDI](/guides/cancel-a-cfdi).

## `cancellation_not_completed`

> **Cancellation didn't go through**
>
> The SAT shows this CFDI still valid: the cancellation was rejected, expired or not registered. The timeline says which.

The cancellation did not occur. The SAT shows that the CFDI is still valid. The timeline tells you the cause.

* **What to do:** If the CFDI is not correct, cancel it again.
* **Guide:** [Cancel a CFDI](/guides/cancel-a-cfdi).

## `previous_version_still_valid`

> **Previous version still valid**
>
> The replacement was issued but the previous version could not be cancelled, so both are valid CFDIs.

The replacement has a valid CFDI, but the cancellation of the previous version did not occur. Thus, two CFDIs are valid.

* **What to do:** Cancel the previous version again with motive 01 and the replacement. The timeline shows why the first request did not complete.
* **Guide:** [Replace a CFDI](/guides/replace-a-cfdi).

## `substitute_failed`

> **Replacement not stamped**
>
> The replacement could not be stamped, so the original stays valid. Fix it in CargoWise or stamp the replacement by hand.

Transitive did not stamp the replacement. The original CFDI stays valid.

* **What to do:** Stamp the replacement again with **Auto** or **By hand**. If the data in CargoWise is incorrect, correct it first. If the result of the stamp is unknown, wait until Transitive knows the result.
* **Guide:** [Replace a CFDI](/guides/replace-a-cfdi).

## `duplicate_cfdi`

> **Two valid CFDIs**
>
> More than one valid CFDI exists for this document and none replaces the other. Cancel the one that should not exist.

The document has more than one valid CFDI. No CFDI replaces the other.

* **What to do:** Find the CFDI that must not exist. The timeline shows each CFDI. If Transitive stamped it, cancel it in Transitive. If a different system stamped it, cancel it in that system.
* **Guide:** [Cancel a CFDI](/guides/cancel-a-cfdi).
