# Missing statuses

## `missing_parents`

> **Related document missing**
>
> CargoWise has not sent a document this one refers to.

The document refers to an invoice or a credit note. CargoWise did not send that document.

* **What to do:** Send the related document from CargoWise. Then this document continues automatically. Or stamp this document by hand.
* **Guide:** [Missing and not received](/guides/missing-and-not-received).

## `missing_siblings`

> **Earlier payment missing**
>
> CargoWise has not sent an earlier payment on the same invoice.

An earlier payment on the same invoice is missing. CargoWise did not send it.

* **What to do:** Send the earlier payment from CargoWise. Then this payment continues automatically. Or stamp this payment by hand.
