# Tax rate was rejected

> The stamping provider rejected a tax rate or a tax object that Transitive sent.

Code `tax_rate_rejected`. The status is **Failed**.

> The stamping provider rejected the tax rate that Transitive sent. Transitive support knows about this problem and will correct it.

## What it means

The SAT catalogs do not have the tax rate, the tax factor or the tax object of the document. Transitive makes these values from the document. Transitive examines the cause.
