# Part of the receipt is not applied

> Part of the receipt total is not applied to an invoice.

Code `rep_amount_unassigned`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise says payment 1 is 1000.00 MXN, but it applies only 800.00 MXN to invoices. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

Transitive stamps a <Tooltip tip="Payment complement. A CFDI that records a payment on a PPD invoice.">REP</Tooltip> only when all of the receipt total is applied to invoices. An amount that is not applied to an invoice cannot be in a payment complement.

## How to correct it

Apply the remaining amount to its invoices. If the amount is not for an invoice, correct the receipt total.
