# Debtor postal code was rejected

> The postal code of the debtor does not agree with the RFC at the SAT.

Code `recipient_postal_code_rejected`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise says the debtor's postal code is 06600. It must be the postal code of the debtor's tax address, as on its Constancia de Situación Fiscal. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

In CFDI 4.0, the postal code of the receiver must be the postal code of its tax address. The SAT has this postal code. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

## How to correct it

Compare the postal code of the debtor in CargoWise with the tax certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) of the debtor.
