# Debtor legal name was rejected

> The legal name of the debtor does not agree with the RFC at the SAT.

Code `recipient_name_rejected`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise says the debtor's legal name is ACME LOGISTICS SA DE CV. It must be the name that the SAT has for the debtor's RFC, as on its Constancia de Situación Fiscal. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

In CFDI 4.0, the legal name of the receiver must be the name that the SAT has for its RFC. Write it without the company type, for example without SA DE CV. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

## How to correct it

Compare the legal name of the debtor in CargoWise with the tax certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) of the debtor.
