# Receipt total is missing

> The receipt has no total.

Code `receipt_total_missing`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise gives this receipt no total. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

A <Tooltip tip="Payment complement. A CFDI that records a payment on a PPD invoice.">REP</Tooltip> must have the amount of the payment. CargoWise gives no total.
