# Document could not be processed

> Transitive cannot process the document.

Code `processing_failed`. The status is **Failed**.

> Transitive could not process this document. Transitive support knows about this problem and will correct it.

## What it means

A step in Transitive failed after all the attempts. When CargoWise sends new data for the document, Transitive starts again.

## How to correct it

If you must have the CFDI now, stamp the document by hand.
