# Payment tax base does not match the invoice

> The tax base of a payment does not agree with the taxes of its invoice.

Code `payment_tax_base_mismatch`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise says the tax base paid on INV-1042 is 86.21 MXN. The taxes of the invoice give 86.20 MXN. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

A <Tooltip tip="Payment complement. A CFDI that records a payment on a PPD invoice.">REP</Tooltip> shows the taxes of the paid amount. Transitive calculates them from the taxes of the invoice. The tax base in CargoWise is different.
