# Some receipt lines could not be read

> Transitive cannot read some lines of the receipt.

Code `payment_lines_unmapped`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise sends 4 match lines on this receipt. Only 3 lines name an invoice that Transitive can read. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

Each line of a receipt must name an invoice. Some lines name no invoice that Transitive can read. Thus, the payment complement cannot show all of the payment.
