# Payment form is missing

> A payment has no payment form.

Code `payment_form_missing`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise gives payment 1 no payment form (FormaPago). Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

Each payment of a <Tooltip tip="Payment complement. A CFDI that records a payment on a PPD invoice.">REP</Tooltip> must have a payment form (FormaPago), for example 03 for a transfer. CargoWise gives no payment form. The message gives the payment.
