# Invoice taxes cannot be carried by the payment

> The taxes of an invoice cannot go on the payment complement.

Code `parent_tax_differs_from_cfdi`. The status is **Failed**.

> The stamped CFDI of INV-1042 carries a tax that a payment complement cannot carry. The payment complement cannot be stamped with this invoice. Stamp it by hand, or contact Transitive support.

## What it means

The stamped CFDI of the invoice has a tax that a <Tooltip tip="Payment complement. A CFDI that records a payment on a PPD invoice.">REP</Tooltip> cannot show. Or its taxes do not agree with the receipt.
