# Related invoice needs review

> The Transitive records of a related document do not agree.

Code `parent_record_inconsistent`. The status is **Failed**.

> Transitive's record of INV-1042 contradicts itself. Transitive support knows about this problem and will correct it.

## What it means

Transitive keeps records of each related document, for example the balance of an invoice. These records do not agree. Thus, Transitive cannot calculate this document. Transitive examines and corrects the records.
