# Issuer RFC does not match

> The issuer RFC on the document is not the RFC of the company.

Code `issuer_rfc_mismatch`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise says the issuer RFC is BBB010101BBB. The RFC of the fiscal profile is AAA010101AAA. Check the Fiscal settings of the company. Then resend the document.

## What it means

The issuer of a CFDI is the company that stamps it. The issuer RFC in CargoWise must be equal to the RFC in the **Fiscal** settings of the company. The <Tooltip tip="The digital certificate of the company. Transitive uses it to sign each CFDI.">CSD</Tooltip> of the company is for that RFC only.
