# Invoice total does not match its lines

> The total of an invoice is not equal to its subtotal plus taxes.

Code `income_total_mismatch`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise says the total (OSTotal) is 1160.00 MXN. The subtotal plus VAT minus withholdings is 1158.40 MXN. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

The total of a CFDI is the subtotal plus the transferred taxes, minus the withheld taxes. CargoWise gives the total in OSTotal. Transitive calculates a different total.
