# Credit note total is missing

> The credit note has no total.

Code `credit_total_missing`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise gives this credit note no total. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

A credit CFDI must have its amount. CargoWise gives no total for the credit note.
