# Credit note names more than one invoice

> The credit note refers to more than one invoice.

Code `credit_parent_ambiguous`. The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise links this credit note to INV-1042, INV-1043. It must credit one invoice. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.
