# A credit note line has no SAT product key

> A line of the credit note has no SAT product key.

Code `credit_line_product_key_missing`. The status is **Failed**.

> Line 2 (Freight adjustment) has no GovernmentReportingChargeCode in CargoWise, so it has no SAT product key. Fix it in CargoWise and resend the document, or stamp it by hand.

## What it means

Each line of a credit CFDI must have a SAT product key. CargoWise gives it in GovernmentReportingChargeCode. This line has no value.
