# sendback_transport_failed

> Transitive cannot connect to CargoWise to deliver a file.

> Transitive could not deliver the file to CargoWise. Transitive support knows about this problem and will correct it.

## What it means

After a stamp or a cancellation, Transitive sends the files to CargoWise. Transitive did not connect to CargoWise. Transitive tries the delivery again. The timeline shows each attempt.
