# recipient_name_rejected

> The legal name of the debtor does not agree with the RFC at the SAT.

Group: [SAT and stamping provider](/reference/failures/overview#sat-and-stamping-provider). The status is **Failed**.

> **Debtor legal name was rejected** `recipient_name_rejected`

> CargoWise says the debtor's legal name is ACME LOGISTICS SA DE CV. It must be the name that the SAT has for the debtor's RFC, as on its Constancia de Situación Fiscal.

## What it means

In CFDI 4.0, the legal name of the receiver must be the name that the SAT has for its RFC. Write it without the company type, for example without SA DE CV. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

## How to correct it

Compare the legal name of the debtor in CargoWise with the tax certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) of the debtor.
