# receipt_total_missing

> The receipt has no total.

Group: [Payment complements](/reference/failures/overview#payment-complements). The status is **Failed**.

> CargoWise gives this receipt no total.

## What it means

A <Tooltip tip="Payment complement. A CFDI that records a payment on a PPD invoice.">REP</Tooltip> must have the amount of the payment. CargoWise gives no total.

## How to correct it

Correct the data in CargoWise. Then send the document again, or stamp it by hand.
