# product_key_requirements_unmet

> The SAT product key of a line needs a complement or a tax that the document does not have.

## What it means

The SAT catalogue (c\_ClaveProdServ) can require a complement or a specific tax for a product key. CargoWise gives the key in the GovernmentReportingChargeCode of the charge. The SAT rejected the line because the document does not have what the key requires. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

### The key needs a complement

Transitive does not add complements to a CFDI. A key that needs one cannot be stamped.

## How to correct it

Use a product key from the SAT catalogue that agrees with the charge in the GovernmentReportingChargeCode of the charge in CargoWise. Then send the document again, or stamp it by hand.
