# product_key_rejected

> The SAT catalogue does not have the product key of a line.

> Line 2 (Handling) has the SAT product key 99999999, and the SAT catalogue (c\_ClaveProdServ) does not have it. CargoWise gives it in the GovernmentReportingChargeCode of the charge.

## What it means

Each line of a CFDI has a SAT product key (c\_ClaveProdServ). CargoWise gives it in the GovernmentReportingChargeCode of the charge. The key of this line is not in the SAT catalogue. The timeline shows the code and the message from the provider.

## How to correct it

Put a key from the SAT catalogue in the GovernmentReportingChargeCode of the charge in CargoWise. Then send the document again, or stamp it by hand.
