# payment_lines_unmapped

> Transitive cannot read some lines of the receipt.

> CargoWise sends 4 match lines on this receipt. Only 3 lines name an invoice that Transitive can read.

## What it means

Each line of a receipt must name an invoice. Some lines name no invoice that Transitive can read. Thus, the payment complement cannot show all of the payment.

## How to correct it

Correct the data in CargoWise. Then send the document again, or stamp it by hand.
