# payment_has_pending_reversal

## What it means

CargoWise reversed this receipt, and the reversal is not complete. Transitive does not stamp a receipt while its reversal is open. Refer to [Receipt reversals](/guides/receipt-reversals).

## How to correct it

Correct the data in CargoWise. Then send the document again, or stamp it by hand.
