# pac_invoice_canceled

> The stamping provider stopped the request before it stamped the document.

Group: [SAT and stamping provider](/reference/failures/overview#sat-and-stamping-provider). The status is **Failed**.

> **Stamping was cancelled at the provider** `pac_invoice_canceled`

> The stamping provider cancelled this request before it was stamped. Transitive support knows about this problem and will correct it.

## What it means

The provider stopped the request and did not make a CFDI. Transitive examines the cause. When the cause is known, you can stamp the document again.
