# income_line_vat_mismatch

> The VAT of a line is not equal to its base multiplied by its rate.

> CargoWise says the VAT of line 2 (Ocean freight) is 16.00 MXN. Its base and rate give 16.16 MXN.

## What it means

The SAT calculates the VAT of each line from its base and its rate. The VAT that CargoWise gives for this line is different. The message gives the line.

## How to correct it

Correct the data in CargoWise. Then send the document again, or stamp it by hand.
