# delivery_failed

> CargoWise did not accept the stamped file from Transitive. The CFDI is not affected.

It shows on the timeline. The status does not change.

## What it means

Transitive sends the stamped files back to CargoWise. CargoWise refused the file. The timeline shows the answer of CargoWise.

## How to correct it

Use the answer of CargoWise on the timeline to correct the setting in CargoWise. Then use **Send again**.
