# credit_currency_mismatch

> The credit note and its invoice use different currencies.

> CargoWise says the credit note is in USD. INV-1042 is in MXN.

## What it means

A credit note must use the currency of the invoice that it credits.

## How to correct it

Correct the data in CargoWise. Then send the document again, or stamp it by hand.
