# cancellation_failed

> Transitive cannot send a cancellation request.

Group: [Cancellations](/reference/failures/overview#cancellations). It shows on the timeline. The status changes to **Cancellation didn't go through**.

> Transitive could not submit the cancellation. Transitive support knows about this problem and will correct it.

## What it means

Transitive did not send the cancellation to the stamping provider. The CFDI stays valid. Transitive support corrects the problem.
