# Credits and company setup

> Documents wait when the company cannot stamp. They continue automatically after you correct the cause.

Some problems stop all the stamps of a company. When this occurs, the documents wait. After you correct the cause, the documents continue automatically. You do not have to send them again.

## Company waits

| Title | Cause | What to do |
| - | - | - |
| **Out of stamp credits** | The company has no stamp credits. | Buy stamp credits in **Settings** > **Billing**. |
| **Company certificate cannot be used** | The certificate (CSD) is missing, expired or not valid. | Upload a valid CSD in the **Fiscal** settings of the company. |
| **Company setup is incomplete** | The company setup is not complete. | Complete the **Fiscal** settings of the company. |
| **Company fiscal data was rejected** | The SAT rejected the fiscal data of the company. | Correct the **Fiscal** settings of the company. |
| **Stamping provider access failed** | Transitive cannot sign in to the stamping provider. | No action. Transitive support corrects the access. |
| **Stamping provider plan does not allow this** | The plan of the stamping provider does not allow the stamp. | No action. Transitive support corrects the plan. |

The timeline shows when the problem started and when the company can stamp again.

## Stamp credits

Each CFDI uses a stamp credit.

* Before a stamp, Transitive reserves a stamp credit. The timeline shows **Stamp credit reserved**.
* If the stamp does not make a CFDI, Transitive releases the credit. The timeline shows **Stamp credit released**.

To see the credits that are available, open **Settings** > **Billing**.

## Keep the company ready

* Buy stamp credits before the balance is zero.
* Upload a new CSD before the current CSD expires.
