# Settings

> What each settings page does, for you, for your organization and for each company.

Open **Settings** in the sidebar. The pages are in three groups: personal, organization and company.

## Personal

| Page | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Account** | Shows your email, the appearance and your session. |
| **Notifications** | Sets your email and workspace notifications. |

## Organization

| Page | What it does |
| - | - |
| **General** | Shows the identity of the organization. |
| **Shared notifications** | Sets the shared email address for alerts of the organization. |
| **Billing** | Shows the available stamp credits. Select **Buy credits** to add more. |
| **Usage** | Shows the credits that each company used. |
| **Members** | Manages people, invitations and roles. Only users with the permission to manage the team see this page. |

## Company

Each CargoWise company has its own settings. Select the company in the list under **Settings**.

| Page | What it does |

| **Info** | Shows the name, the CargoWise code, the country and the status of the company. |
| **Usage** | Shows the credits that the company used each month. |
| **CargoWise** | Sets the connection to CargoWise. Refer to [Connect CargoWise](/cargowise/connect). |
| **Mapping** | Shows the rules that turn CargoWise values into CFDI values. Select **Invoices**, **Credit notes** or **Payments**. |
| **Fiscal** | Shows the fiscal profile of the company and the certificate (CSD). Refer to [Credits and company setup](/guides/stamp-credits-and-company-setup). |

### Company status

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Detected** | Transitive received a message from this company. Transitive has not confirmed it yet. |
| **Active** | The company is confirmed. It can receive and stamp documents. |
| **Archived** | The company is not in use. |

Transitive confirms companies. Messages from a company that is not active wait until the company becomes active.

### Mapping

The **Mapping** pages are read-only. Each rule has conditions on CargoWise values and a result. For example, a rule can set the payment form of a CFDI from the payment method of a CargoWise invoice. If a CFDI has a wrong payment form or a wrong tax rate, read the rules for that document type.
