# CargoWise delivery

> How Transitive sends the stamped files and the cancellation receipts back to CargoWise.

After a stamp in the live environment, Transitive sends the files back to CargoWise. A delivery does not change the CFDI.

## Files that Transitive sends

| File | When Transitive sends it |
| - | - |
| Stamped XML | After Transitive stamps a CFDI. |
| Stamped PDF | After Transitive stamps a CFDI. |
| Cancellation receipt | After the SAT cancels a CFDI that Transitive asked to cancel. |

A credit note or a reversal can cause a cancellation. Then Transitive also sends the cancellation receipt to CargoWise for that document.

## Files that Transitive does not send

* Files of the test environment. The timeline shows **Stamped XML: not sent to CargoWise** and the reason, "This is the test environment."
* Files of a CFDI from a different system.

## Read the delivery

Open the document and select **Timeline**. Each file has different entries, for example **Sending to CargoWise** and **Delivered to CargoWise**.

## If a delivery fails

A failed delivery shows on the timeline only. The status of the document stays **Stamped** or **Cancelled**.
